We need a list of items you want to sell at the party. I need picture properties, descriptions, and prices for each item: If you like you can send copy of pics in jpg or gif form by attachment. 

Please make sure you send me pics or give me picture properties. Or atleast tell me what page on the website where the item is. Pictures helps you to sell!  You dont' have to have a website you can send me camera pics.

Free membership gets one full table. If you are a member you can have 3 tables. You may want to do this form once for each table. If you want to keep your avon, tupperware, etc separate. 10 items the max per table.
